Why you need to grow out your hair, pre-wax.

Kim From Lust Aesthetics, your Waxing and Brow Specialist in the Sunshine Coast!

One of the hardest parts of waxing is waiting for your hair to grow out. If you're new to waxing, its advised to try and let the hair grow 6 weeks before your first wax. This gives time for all the hair cycles to come through and be long enough to be removed.

If you wait that 6 weeks initially, you will find you stay hair free for longer, and you just need to maintain the area every 4 weeks approx.

If you have areas in different growth cycles, you'll probably find you have hair coming back in some areas within a few days or even a week.

If you're unsure, please contact us and have a chat prior to your appointment. We are always happy to help, and we want you to get the most out of your treatment!

Until next time,

- Kim
