This must be completed prior to your appointment, so we may tailor your appointment to suit your individual needs.

Booking Terms & Conditions Standard Appointments

Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes prior to ensure you have the correct location and can find a park.
Yes, we are child friendly for babies in prams. Due to OH&S restrictions, young toddlers are unable to visit Lust Aesthetics. If your child is over 4 and will sit quietly with an iPad or similar, they are welcome to attend with you. No children are permitted to attend during lash services.
If your child destroys products or property, you will be liable for any damage caused.
Under 18's will need parental consent before a treatment is performed.
Minimum 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointment.
I have a NO EXCEPTIONS policy that includes, but is not limited to, illness, child care arrangements falling through, double booking yourself, getting called into work, so please keep this in mind and give as much notice as possible.
While I understand that you may have a valid reason to need to reschedule last minute, please understand that I also have business costs to cover and am unable to fill your appointment space when given little notice.
No Show's Will Not be rebooked.
Please understand, this is my Full Time Occupation, if you cancel late (within 24hrs), or No Show, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee of 100% of your Appointment Cost. Late Cancellations and No Shows prevents me from being able to treat another client in that time slot. Please be respectful of the time allocated to you.
Please be aware that if you are late to an appointment time, you will restrict the treatments that can be performed for you, so as to not inconvenience our other clients.
Anyone with contagious illnesses are asked to advise Lust Aesthetics as soon as possible to reschedule.
Lust Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any bookings that show contraindications to the treatment being performed eg: severe sunburn in an area being waxed. If you are unsure about any conditions prior to your appointment, please contact Lust Aesthetics to discuss further.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COSMETIC TATTOO

CONSULTATIONS
Consultations prior to Cosmetic Tattoo are Mandatory if you have existing tattoo in the area you wish to get tattooed ie: Existing Brow Tattoo and you book in for a Brow Tattoo Appointment.
Some existing tattoos may not be able to be covered and require a removal process before re tattooing. I need to be able to see and assess this BEFORE you book a tattoo appointment.
If you book a Cosmetic Tattoo appointment with existing tattoo in the area, and haven't had a consultation with Lust Aesthetics prior and the area can not be worked on, you Will Be Rescheduled and you Forfeit your booking fee. This isn't something I enjoy doing, but is necessary to the costs of running a business.
So that we can both avoid that process, please BOOK A CONSULTATION prior to booking your Tattoo Appointment if you have existing tattoo.

NUMBING REQUIRED
Anaesthetic is a scheduled medicine and Under Australian Law it is illegal to be provided by anyone that is not a Registered Nurse or Doctor (which Lust Aesthetics is neither).
This means you are required to source and purchase the numbing gel for yourself. More information below.
This numbing must be arranged and paid for at least 10 days prior to your booking, as it is a compound product, the pharmacy needs to have time to create and send the product out.

DO NOT Purchase any old numbing from the chemist (for example emla cream) as this DOES NOT contain all the required ingredients for the procedure. One ingredient in the compounding gel helps prevent excessive bleeding (which in turn helps retain pigment and result in a better tattoo for you). This is not a step to skip out on.
BOOKING FEE
Within 24 hours of your booking a Cosmetic Tattoo Appointment, a Booking Fee will be charged to the card nominated in the booking information. This fee will be $150 and will be deducted from your total upon completion of your appointment.
If for any reason the Booking Fee fails to be charged to the card (for example, insufficient funds on the card), and you cannot be reached to arrange payment of the booking fee, the booking will be cancelled by Lust Aesthetics.
This booking fee is held to secure your appointment with Lust Aesthetics. This guarantees you the appropriate amount of time for your booking. Please respect the time allocated to you.

Amount of appointments Required
A minimum of 2 Appointments, 10 -12 weeks apart are required for all Cosmetic Tattoo.
A Second Appointment will be made after your initial appointment (these cannot be made online they must be made directly through Lust Aesthetics) Failure to complete your touch up appointment within the 10-12 weeks (unless previously arranged by Lust Aesthetics) will be charged at the next applicable touch up rate eg: 3-12 month touch up rate.
In some cases - (approx 10 percent of people) there will be the need for a third appointment. This is dependant on many factors during the initial healing process, including how your skin heals, the type of skin you have, your day to day lifestyle, medical conditions, and if you have followed correct aftercare. These are all factors outside of Lust Aesthetics control, therefore anyone requiring a Third Appointment will be charged accordingly.
The cost of the process is split as follows:
Initial Booking fee - $150 (taken upon booking online)
Balance of Initial appointment amount (initial cost minus initial booking fee, taken at initial appointment)
Second Appointment Booking Fee - $150 (taken at Initial Appointment)
Balance of Second Appointment Amount - (taken at time of treatment, minus booking fee paid)
If applicable Third Booking Amount - POA
Example payment structure:
$150 booking fee
First appointment $650, minus $150 fee = $500 owing
Second appointment booking fee (required at first appointment) $150
Second appointment $200, minus $150 booking fee = $50 owing
RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule or cancel your Cosmetic Tattoo appointment for any reason, Lust Aesthetics asks that you provide 7 days notice to reschedule/Cancel and your Booking Fee will be moved to your new time slot. If you cancel your appointment, this must be done prior to 7 days before the appointment. Your booking fee will be refunded to you - minus any eftpos fees incurred by Lust Aesthetics.

Messaging through Facebook, Instagram, Email and Website often is received in a delayed fashion and can result in Lust aesthetics not seeing the messages before the 7 days prior.
Giving 7 days notice allows Lust Aesthetics to book other clients in that larger time slot.
Whilst Lust Aesthetics understands that your reason for having to reschedule may be valid, our business expenses still need to be paid for, even if you are unable to make the appointment. Lust Aesthetics booking policy is in place to safe guard our business and we do have a no exceptions policy which does include illness and child care arrangements falling through.
Please take this into account when booking your appointment with us.
Booking Reminders are a courtesy, it is your responsibility to remember the date of your appointment. Not receiving a booking reminder is not cause for a late rescheduled appointment.
Children and Extra Guests
Due to Workplace Health and Safety Requirements, and so I can provide you with the best job possible, NO ONE is permitted to attend your Cosmetic Tattoo Appointment with you.
If you arrive with children or extra guests, you will be rescheduled and forfeit your Booking Fee.
NO SHOWS
Anyone who No Shows a Cosmetic Tattoo Appointment will forfeit their Booking Fee. They will also have to pay 100 percent of the costs upfront if they wish to book a new appointment. Failure to No Show a second time will result in not being rebooked.
As always please be courteous to the time allocated to you. No one likes losing their booking fee, and I don't like enforcing it, but I must to cover the costs of running a business.

RFEUNDS
Due to the nature of tattooing and that it is an artistic expression, once a service has begun or been rendered, there are strictly NO REFUNDS.
You are consulted throughout the appointment regarding shape, colour, thickness and style suited to your skin. And before the next step is taken, you have agreed to each section of the tattoo. There are no guarantees with your tattoo outcome, as all people have different shaped faces, skin types, hormones and lifestyles. For example, someone with an oilier skin type may not hold pigment as well as someone with dry skin. This is a factor outside of Lust Aesthetics control.
Therefore if you decide once the tattooing has begun, or at any time after the service is rendered that there is an aspect you don’t like of your tattoo, we can perform an extra touch up appointment to change any areas you wish, however this touch up will be at your expense.
There will be no refunds to a Booking Fee held if it is within 7 days of your appointment, as per the Booking Fee Terms outlined above.
